Who we are

Eagle Express is a new Karachi-based courier operator. We are not an old network with a long history to point at — we are starting fresh, and the reason we are starting is simple: online sellers in Pakistan lose money not because demand is short, but because delivery and cash collection are unreliable and poorly documented.

Our operation is being built around that problem from day one: segregated COD accounts, a fixed weekly remittance cycle, and a reconciliation sheet that maps every rupee collected to a consignment number. No netting-off, no silent deductions, no lump-sum payouts a seller has to unpick.

At launch we operate across Karachi from our Korangi base, with upcountry destinations served on request as the network expands.

How we operate

Every consignment entering the ECS network is barcoded at booking and scanned at each change of custody — intake, hub sort, line-haul departure, destination arrival, route-sheet assignment and delivery. Those scans are the single source of truth: the same record feeds the public tracking page, the client portal and our internal manifest. We do not maintain a separate customer-facing status; if a scan has not happened, no one sees a status that claims it has.

Delivery performance is measured on first-attempt success, not on eventual delivery. We report that figure to contracted clients along with return reasons broken down by city and by rider zone, because returns are a commercial problem for the shipper long before they are an operational one for us.

Mission

To give every Pakistani business — from a single-person online store to a national distributor — a delivery network they can plan around: predictable transit times, honest status reporting, and cash remitted on the day we said we would remit it.
