What each status means
- Booked / In Stock
- Consignment is registered in the ECS system and held in stock at origin, awaiting dispatch.
- Picked Up
- Parcel has been collected from the shipper and scanned into custody.
- In Transit
- Moving between ECS facilities on line-haul or intra-city routing.
- Out for Delivery
- Loaded onto a rider route sheet for delivery attempt today.
- Delivered
- Handed over to the consignee with signature or CNIC proof captured.
- Returned
- Delivery could not be completed after attempts; parcel is routed back to the shipper.
- Rejected
- Consignee refused the parcel at the doorstep; it is being returned to the shipper.
- Cancelled
- Booking was cancelled by the shipper before dispatch.
