Reverse Pickup From Buyers
Book a collection from your customer's address for returns and exchanges, with the replacement delivered on the same visit where possible.
Business Solutions / Returns
Returns are the most expensive part of ecommerce in Pakistan. We treat them as a managed process, not as leftover freight.
Every refused, undelivered or exchanged parcel is logged against its original consignment number, held for a defined window and then routed back to you on a scheduled return run with a signed manifest. You always know how many parcels are coming back, which orders they belong to, and how the COD ledger is being adjusted — no surprise sack of parcels at your door.
Book a collection from your customer's address for returns and exchanges, with the replacement delivered on the same visit where possible.
Undelivered parcels get repeat attempts and a customer call before being marked RTO, so recoverable orders are not lost.
Returns arrive with a manifest listing every consignment number, reason code and condition on handover.
Refused, wrong address, phone off, out of area — see why parcels come back by city so you can fix the source.
Returned consignments are reversed against your remittance line by line, never netted off as an unexplained deduction.
A 14-day window to raise condition disputes on any returned consignment, checked against handover records.
How it works
Delivery fails or buyer returns
Rider records a reason code and the consignment enters the return flow.
Re-attempt or collect
We re-attempt delivery, or collect the item from the buyer for an exchange.
Held and consolidated
Returns are consolidated at your servicing hub against original CN numbers.
Returned with manifest
Scheduled return run to your address with a signed manifest and ledger adjustment.
Return handling charges and the RTO holding window are defined in your service agreement. Warehousing clients can have returns inspected and restocked instead of returned.
